Le piante invadono gli spazi, prendono d’assalto gli alberi, restringono i passaggi e tappezzano i declivi. Il giardino appare come una giungla selvaggia, magica e suggestiva, sono io che l’ho voluto così. L’ho creato poco alla volta, all’inizio senza quasi rendermene conto, poi in maniera sempre più consapevole, man mano che l’opera prendeva forma, ho assecondato il mio amore per il mondo vegetale, seguendo il filo dei ricordi infantili e facendomi spesso complice o allieva della natura, senza rinunciare alla mia impronta personale”.
